Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the contact and business information you provide, including your name, work email, company, role, bid volume, and stated challenge.

How we use it

We use demo-request information to respond, understand your requirements, arrange a product discussion, and evaluate whether MyBiddingAgent fits your workflow. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing communication without a separate choice.

Form processing

The website currently uses FormSubmit to deliver demo requests to ops@mybiddingagent.com, unless a first-party form endpoint is configured. Form data therefore passes through that service when the default endpoint is active.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Accept analytics.” It helps us understand aggregate website usage. If you select “Essential only,” analytics is not activated. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be changed through “Analytics settings” in the footer.

Retention and sharing

We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations, and maintain appropriate records. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry information by emailing ops@mybiddingagent.com. You can clear the site’s analytics preference from browser storage to make a new selection.
